What are Stoke City's colors?

Stoke City Football Club, founded in 1863, is one of the oldest professional football clubs in England. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, the club is traditionally associated with red-and-white vertical stripes and plays its home matches at the bet365 Stadium. Red and white remain the club’s official colors.

Stoke City adopted a new official club crest ahead of the 2026/27 season. The design had first been revealed in August 2025 following supporter consultation and became part of the club’s official identity in 2026.

The crest is a modern interpretation of the badge used by Stoke City between 1977 and 1992. It brings back several symbols connected with the club and Stoke-on-Trent, including the Staffordshire knot, a bottle kiln, the club’s 1863 founding year and the traditional red-and-white stripes.

The new crest appears on Stoke City’s 2026/27 home kit, which retains the familiar red-and-white striped design. The badge change updates the club’s visual identity without changing its established Red and White colors.
