What are Atalanta's colors?

Atalanta, based in Bergamo, is a professional football club established in 1907. The club is traditionally identified by its Blue and Black colors, which remain unchanged under its current visual identity. Atalanta officially unveiled its new permanent club crest on May 22, 2026. The design moves away from the previous oval badge and uses a more circular, geometric construction inspired by the circular crest introduced during the 1980s. The profile of La Dea remains the central symbol, set against a blue background enclosed by a black circle.

The figure of La Dea first appeared in Atalanta’s crest during the 1960s and has remained closely associated with the club through later redesigns. In the 2026 crest, her hair is formed from five strands as a reference to the five founders of the club in 1907. The simplified badge also draws on earlier Atalanta designs while retaining the club’s established Blue and Black identity.
